The preparing method of anti-bacterial polyester fiber containing anti-bacterial metal-ion contained zeolite inorganic particles by sheath-core composite spinning method which features improved physical properties comprises; incorporating anti-bacterial metal ion containing zeolite inorganic solid particles, expressed in general equation of Mx/n[AIO2) x (SiO2)y wH2O [M is metal (Ag, Cu, Zn, Mg, Ca, Ni, Fe, Co); n is atomic valence of cation M; x and, y are each no. of tetrahedral per unit cell (y/x = 1-5); w is coefficient of crystalline no. , into the sheath component whose occupying rate among fiber cross-section area against whole fiber cross-section area is 30-70 % by weight of 0.2-5 %, while core portion of polyester fiber contains no amount of inorganic anti-bacterial solid particles.
