<p>PURPOSE: To keep flow through a valve system in an exact ratio. CONSTITUTION: A valve controller 10 for controlling flow by opening/closing a solenoid valve 11 is provided with a timer 30 for energizing/de-energizing an operating coil 24 for opening/closing a valve seal element 20 by providing a pulse signal having pulse width in proportion to flow. Nominal delay between the start time of pulse and the real move of element 12 is found and this is compared with the real moving time of the valve element so that deviation time can be found. This deviation time is added to the original pulse width, the adjusted pulse width is found, this is impressed to the operating coil 24, and the valve element is opened for prescribed time.</p> |
