PURPOSE:To ensure superior adhesive property of a photosensitive layer to the substrate and to improve the scratch and printing resistances of the resulting planographic printing plate. CONSTITUTION:When a primer layer, a photosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer are successively laminated on a substrate to obtain a photosensitive planographic printing plate requiring no dampening water, the primer layer is formed by curing a compsn. contg. polyurethane having polymerizable ethylenic unsatd. groups in the molecule and also having >=2,000mol.wt. with energy beams. |
