<p>PURPOSE: To reduce pressure of a first chamber, facilitate the moving of a unit and obtain a connection without leakage by forming two chambers which are communicated with channels and opened interrupting elements by first/ second chambers when a pressure reducing member is operated. CONSTITUTION: Operating members 21a to 21c are sealed so as to prevent a conducting medium from attaining end faces 1a, 3a of coupling parts 1, 2 and channels on both the sides of an interrupting element 19 are connected with first and second chambers 25, 26 or can be connected with the chambers 25, 26. At the time of the operation of a pressure reducing member, the first and second chambers 25, 26 form two chambers 25, 26 which are communicated with the channels and the interrupting element 19 via connecting parts 24, 24a, 24b. As a result, pressure of the first chamber 25 is reduced, the moving of units 3, 4 in the longitudinal direction is facilitated and a connection without leakage can be obtained, even if medium pressure exists.</p> |
