PURPOSE:To provide the subject film and/or laminate characterized by an almost constant peel strength over a wide range of heat seal temperature and peelability in relation to a heat-sealable package capable of forming a peelable heat sealing having an improved adhesion strength under heat or a film therefor. CONSTITUTION:From a blended material containing 35-90wt.% ethylene homopolymer or ethylenic unsaturated ester copolymer, 5-55wt.% butene-1 homopolymer or copolymer and 10-60wt.% ethylenecarboxylic acid copolymer, a film or a sheet is produced.
