PURPOSE:To unnecessitate a link every time the document is prepared by defin ing and registering the relation among documents and automatically relating the routine document prepared by using it. CONSTITUTION:An area id 411 is added to each area of a format 41, registered in an area management table 42. An attribute 422 of a fixed character string area is turned to be an input disable area, and the attribute 422 of the other area is turned to be a user's input area to be registered in the area management table 42. Then, both end points 432 of the link are inputted to be registered in a link management table 43, and the attribute 433 of the link is inputted to be registered in the link management table 43. This is repeated until all relationship are defined, a format network is named at last to be registered in a format library 33, finishing the processing. |
