PURPOSE:To provide a lighting device in which anyone can easily install a lighting apparatus. CONSTITUTION:An installing device 3 has a hook ceiling plug 3a to be installed on a hook ceiling rosette at the upper side, and the device 3 is fitted inside from the upper side opening of the penetrating hole 4a of a fitted fixture 4 on a lighting apparatus 5. While the receiver 46 of the fitted fixture 4 to be installed is connected to the feeder 3b provided at the side surface of the installing device 3 from the lower side, its part 4d to be locked engaged elastically to the locking part 3c provided at the side surface of the installing device 3 is locked. This operating part 4e is released from the locking with a locking part c by moving its part 4d to be locked rearward, and it is exposed at the lower surface side of the lighting apparatus 5.
