<p>PURPOSE:To provide a voltage nonlinear resistor element having excellent solderability, bond strength, electric characteristics and highly reliable, inexpensive ohmic electrode. CONSTITUTION:An ohmic electrode is applied onto a semiconductor ceramics. The ohmic electrode is a baked electrode containing silver, metal boron and glass frit in which 2-40 pts. of metal boron is contained for 100 pts. of silver and 3 pts. of glass frit.</p> |
