<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate recognition by recognizing abnormality by using the learnt result of a neural network as a criterion. CONSTITUTION:A plant 1 outputs output plant data O as a result for input plant data I. Each set of time serial data in the input plant data I consists of preceding data of from five time points up to ten time points including, the objective time point to be recognized. The data x(t), x(t-1),..., x(t-4) back to four time points before in the input plant data I are inputted. As the result, the output data X(t+1) at the next point ((t+1)-time point) can be estimated. The output data and the estimated data x(t+1) are inputted to a comparing and deciding part 3, and whether the system of an objective system to be recognized is abnormal or normal is decided by deciding difference between actual data and the estimated data x(t+1), that is, deviation.</p> |
