COLOR CRT WITHOUT INNERSHIELD

摘要

The colour cathode ray tube (CRT) not having inner shield has high permeability conductive layer coated on the inner and outer surface of funnel. The conductive layer comprising 10-87 wt.% Fe, 11-89 wt.% Ni, and 0.38-0.58 wt.% Mn is formed by thermal evaporation method. The high resistance material having a titanium oxide (TiO2) is deposited at the region not having the conductive layer for transmitting the high voltage genrated from anode to electron gun via a high resistance material.
