A key cylinder sturcture of a lock includes a round cylinder, with a concave part, a projection and a step on its inner wall, to be inserted in a housing. The round cylinder includes a key cylinder inserted in a disc unit comprising a locking bar and a series of spacer discs in shapes of sectors and locking discs with locking grooves and steps, between first and second supporting discs. The locking bar is mounted on both supporting discs in grooves by springs across the disc unit. A dial unit with an unlocking hook is mounted on the housing outside the first supporting disc.
