PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive oscillator by providing an electromechanical energy converting element which pressure contacts with a block to produce a detection signal corresponding to the oscillating state of the block and a member for differentiating the potential between the blocks. CONSTITUTION:When AC voltages are fed from power supplies 43, 45 through electrodes 19-27 to piezoelectric elements 7-13 for phase A and phase B, oscillation induced in the piezoelectric elements 7-13 causes oscillation in two planes of oscillators 1, 3. Since thus produced oscillations have a phase difference caused by the phase difference between the AC voltages, rotary motion is produced in the surface of the oscillators 1, 3. Consequently, a rotor pressure contacting with a metal block constituting the oscillator begins rotary motion. The metal block 1 connected with an earth electrode 19 has earth potential but since a lower metal block 3 is insulated through an insulating washer 31, an electrode 29 contacting with the lower metal block 3 does not have earth potential. As a result, electric signals corresponding to the oscillating states of the oscillators 1, 3 are delivered from a sensor 15 through the electrodes 27, 29 to output terminals 27A, 29A. |
