The invention concerns a positive-displacement compressor consisting of a piston, cylinder, body, elements setting elements in plane-reverse motion and suction and pressure system of working medium, characterised in that its body (1) has a cylindrical outtake (2) enclosing the central segment of circle, set on in outtake (2) with certain loose of cylinder (3), whose top section has contour of central segment of circle and having canal (5) and two-sided bearing elements (4) located in radius's axis indicating cylindrical outtake (2) of body (1), piston (6) located in canal (5) having on one side a narrowing (7) with opening (8) on bearings in body (1) of drive shaft (10) with inside crank (9), whose pintle contacts opening (8) of piston's tip (4), and in section of body (1) opposite setting of shaft (10) are two canals (11, 12) connecting space beyond body (1) to space over piston (4) in its variable positions with cylinder (3) in relation to body, and spacing of canals (11 and 12) is determined by size of inside crank's (9) radius of drive shaft (10).<IMAGE>
