The present invention relates to an off-centring collar (or ring) for photography and the cinema. The purpose is the displacement of the front body of the objective lens (off-centring) actuated by a crank (or by replacing the latter) by a motor, and which then allows continuous and regular movement of the off-centring with the image. This ring (or collar) consists of a ring made of two parts (1 and 2) assembled together, having a lesser thickness (7) for the movement of the front body of the objective lens in off-centring; an orifice for embedding therein the pinion mounted on the body of the objective lens and which actuates the off-centring; a worm screw (4) thus fastened to this pinion and placed on a shaft (5) at the end of which is situated a crank (3) or a motor and may thus be set in motion. <IMAGE>
