<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a product having dense surface properties by kneading a mixture composed of granulated blast furnace slag with quick lime, anhydrous gypsum and cement, forming the kneaded mixture and curing the formed mixture. CONSTITUTION:A mixture prepared by blending 50-90% granulated blast furnace slag with 3-15% quick lime, 3-15% anhydrous gypsum and 3-25% cement is mixed with water. The resultant kneaded mixture is then filled in a frame mold, formed and cured while being kept in the frame mold. The aforementioned formed and kneaded mixture is preferably cured by steam curing. A stress is applied to a product with the quick lime blended as the raw material by curing the kneaded mixture kept in the frame mold. Thereby, the objective high-strength concrete or mortar product is obtained.</p> |
