<p>PURPOSE:To accurately position a high voltage shielding electrode by forming the inner peripheral wall of an insulation reinforcing cylinder in a tapered state increased in diameter from its center to both ends, disposing the cylinder on a cable connector, and then inserting diameter matching spaces coincident with the inner wall of the cylinder into both ends of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The inner peripheral wall of an insulation reinforcing cylinder 3 is formed in a tapered surface from both ends to the center in a diameter reducing manner, and profiles of spacers 2a, 2b are coincident with the air gap shape of the wall. Thus, the inserting limits of the spacers 2a, 2b are set to the exposed edge of a high voltage shielding electrode 4 of the cylinder 3. When the inserting ends 21a, 21b of the spacers are brought into contact with a conductor cover 5, the electrode 4 is effectively superposed on the cover 5 without deviation. Accordingly, the cylinder 3 is movably provided on a cable connector, and even if the position of the electrode 4 is not visually observed, it can be positioned on the cover 5. Since the tapered surfaces of the outer surfaces of the spacers 2a, 2b are so inserted as to be opposed, its assembled state is scarcely collapsed.</p> |
