The device for semi-continuous mycelium raising by subterranean method, distinctive in that it consists of the vertical tank (1) in the shape of a reversed truncated cone, connected by a cylindrical narrowing with the mycelium outfeed system (6) and by another long cylindrical narrowing with the tank (5) where the jet pump (3) is mounted, fed with compressed air and linked with the tank (1); all the components making up a mycelium cultivation system with a separate growth and airing compartments and with liquid substratum circulating between them.<IMAGE>
