PURPOSE: To preliminarily eliminate invasion of bacteria, and prevent danger of contamination by composing an exit of a separation container to comprise a sampling and separation container communicated with a retransfusion line connected to a tube pump to be closed to prevent contact of sampled fluid from getting in contact with air in the room. CONSTITUTION: A discharge end part of a tube line 10 is connected to an upper part of a sampling and separation bag 13 of soft plastic having a separation zone 13'. A lower half of the bag 13 is inclined toward an outlet provided at a lower end part in a funnel form. A retransfusion line 14 has a part 14' formed of silicone rubber similarly to the tube line 10, and it is connected to the outlet of it. A tube pump 11 or other tube pump may be installed to the tube line 10. For retransfusion, a trip bottle 9 includes anti-coagulation fluid, and the anti-coagulation fluid is, favorably, mixed with sedimentation acceleration agent such as hydroxyethylene starch citrate, for example. Suction of blood from a suction tube 1 to a sampler 4 is performed by air of the tube pump 11 by negative pressure formed in it. |
