PURPOSE:To eliminate the application of an excessive load on a mucosa or the like on an internal wall surface of a celom by interposing an adjusting means for relaxing action of a traction means thereon between a clutch means and a binding means to eliminate a sharp return action of the bending part. CONSTITUTION:A keep plate 48 formed semi-circular of an adjusting means 47 is fastened on a base plate 23 across a bending manipulation wire 43 on the side of a coil pipe carrier 40. Then, after the inspection or treatment of a specified part, when an inserting part is put into or out of a celom, a clutch free button provided on an operating section body 15 is depressed. The connection of a clutch means 27 for connecting a driven gear 28 and a sprocket 26 is released, so that a bending part tends to return to the neutral position with self return action thereof. While the bending manipulation wire 43 connected successively at both ends of a chain 31 moves relatively with the return action of the bending part, the bending manipulation wire 43 is arranged to be grasped by an elastic member 49 of the adjusting member 47 disposed near the coil pipe carrier 40, and hence, it returns to the neutral position slowly by the resulting friction. |
