<p>PURPOSE:To effectively separate and remove pressure-sensitive adhesive, silicone, etc., from the subject waste paper containing glassine release paper having especially poor defiberability and to obtain reclaimed pulp in high pulp recovery by adding an acidic substance in a defibration process of waste pressure-sensitive adhesive paper. CONSTITUTION:Waste pressure-sensitive adhesive paper such as glassine release paper is subjected to defibration, coarse screening, fine screening, kneading, etc., to obtain reclaimed pulp. In the above defibration process, the pressure- sensitive adhesive, etc., are separated by adding preferably 1-10wt.% (based on the total waste paper) of an acidic substance (e.g. hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid).</p> |
