Device for performing biopsies. The invention relates to a device with which it is possible to perform biopsies whether by direct route or by means of an endoscope. It consists of two elements: A holder element consisting of a handle continued by a tube containing the mechanism, A blade holder element which can be disposed of after one use. This element comprises two U-shaped blades which are equipped with a stud permitting penetration and cutting of the tissue to be analysed. <IMAGE>
