SPEED CORRECTING DEVICE AND INDICATING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To improve continuity of image to produce a stabilized easy-to-see indication by employing not a speed detected through a detecting unit as it is but a speed operated from thus detected speed and another piece of speed information. CONSTITUTION:A communication signal 210 contains a sensor output from a unit N-1 and a serial speed data VN-1 and the communication signal 210 is fed to a communication signal decoder 201 where it is separated into a speed data 211 and an external sensor signal 212. The external sensor signal 212 and an internal sensor signal 213 are fed to a speed detector 203 where a value tN is measured and a detection speed 214 is produced. The detection speed 214 and an upstream speed data 211 are fed to an arithmetic unit 204 and a comparator 205 and an operational speed 215 is produced from the arithmetic unit 204. Since adjacent units are disposed continuously on an axis on which a moving object passes, detected speeds have proximate values and thereby the error of the operated speed VN is smaller than a detected speed upsilonN even if it is an erroneously detected speed.
