PURPOSE:To provide a diaphragm with large strokes by allowing a resilient member to exert its returning force to enlarge one of the liquid chambers and shrink the other liquid chamber, and causing the diaphragm to make elastic deformation in the direction of separating from the outer cylinder. CONSTITUTION:An outer and an inner cylinder 12, 14 are put in relative movement prior to pouring fully the liquid in liquid chambers 26A, 26B, and a resilient member 20 is deformed elastically in the direction of shrinkage of one of the liquid chambers. Because in this condition the liquid is put fully in the liquid chambers 26A, 26B and a limit passage 32, one of the liquid chambers is enlarged by the resilience while the other is shrunk if the relative movement of the inner and outer cylinders 12, 14 is set off and the resilient member 20 is returned by its restitution force. Accordingly the shrinking force of this liquid chamber as named secondly in description deforms the diaphragm 16A elastically in the direction of separating from the outer cylinder 14, and the distance between the diaphragm 16A and outer cylinder 14 becomes longer. This enlarges the strokes of the diaphragm motions to absorb the vibrations, which enables absorption of various vibrations including a large amplitude vibration. |
