Horn loudspeaker with electro-acoustic converter, fixed in an acoustic, sphere-shaped chamber and with a structure protecting the converter membrane from mechanical damage, dusting and moisture and equipped with an chamfered cone-shaped acoustic energy radiator, characterised in that at the bottom (10) of the conical arm (9) there is a replaceable insert (11) with a spherical arm (13), cut through by a passage hole (12) alongside the insert axis and directed with the spherical arm towards the membrane of the electro-acoustic converter (3), whereas the upper rim of the insert in located over the bottom of the conical arm of the acoustic energy radiator, at the same time the radiator having an acoustic energy disperser (16) fixed to the bracket beam (14) from its face and the disperser has a chamber (17), accommodating the cylindrical part of the insert (11).<IMAGE>
