This invention comprises manufacturing of an improved type of diaper nappy, incontinence diaper, with paper pulp fibres, providing a basic means of absorbency, between two elements of which the upper is composed of a hydrophobic material penetrable by liquids and the lower from a material impenetrable by liquids, in which exist two usable areas for attaching the self-adhesive fastening tapes of the diaper. The invention in question concentrates all the advantages of previous developments in this field while fundamentally improving the fit of the diaper to the user's body. The two usable areas for self-adhesive tapes offer the following benefits: Easy detection of points where the diaper's fastening tapes should be applied. Option of repeated repositioning of fastening tapes and finally detection of the best points to fit the diaper to the user's body. An indicator of the diaper's symmetry as the self-sticking tapes are applied, since the two areas of use are positioned symmetrically to the central point of the diaper. Maintenance of the diaper's elasticity around the user's waist, which is achieved by the interpositioning of pliable, elastic material between the two areas of use for the fastening tapes, 23-38 percent economy in the use of plastic material compared to other methods which have been developed. This diaper represents the ultimate product which completely meets the needs of the user, thus confronting and successfully solving existing problems of fitting. |
