<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the superior adhesion durability against the exfoliation of the boundary surface between a rubber elastic body and a core metal by applying the chemical treatment of a phosphoric acid salt on a core metal, applying a vulcanization adhesion type adhesive on the surface and carrying out drying, and then attaching a vulcanizable rubber compound. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a core metal 1 embedded in the endless rubber elastic body of a rubber crawler 1, a zinc phosphate group film having a film weight of 10g/m<2> is formed (needle shaped crystal having a longer axis length of 15mum), and then the whole surface of the adhesion surface with a rubber compound which constitutes the rubber crewler is applied with a phenol resin group primer adhesive as vulcanization adhesion type adhesive, and after drying, a chlorinated rubber group overcoat adhesive is applied, and then the adhesive is dried. The product is set in a metal mold for molding the rubber crawler, which is charged with a sulfur vulcanization group rubber compound, and vulcanization adhesion is carried out, and the manufacture of the rubber crawler is carried out. Then, the adhesion durability under the using environment such as in a humid rice field can be improved drastically.</p> |
