<p>PURPOSE:To protect the human body or atmosphere from bad effects by a method in which through the adhesive layer crosslinked by the specified struc ture at the part of a polar residue of the resin containing acrylic or urethane resin as main components, a skin and the polyolefin resin foam of crosslinking type are laminated, whereby the breakage of the adhesive layer does not occur in specified peel strength-test. CONSTITUTION:A polyvinyl chloride resin-sheet is used as a skin and polyolefin resin foam is used as foamed material. And one of the surface to be mutually bonded of the foam and the skin is coated with the aqueous adhesive in which the curing agent of water-dispersed aziridine ring compound is added to the emulsion with active hydrogen, thereby forming an adhesive layer. After the moisture in said adhesive layer has been evaporated and said layer has been baked by a infrared ray-heater, the foam and the skin are heated and pressure- bonded. Further, similarly an adhesive layer is formed on the surface of the foam, and the moisture in the adhesive layer is evaporated and cured. Consequently, the ignition, the environment-contamination and the harmful effect for human body due to organic solvent are removed, and the composite sheet excellent in peel strength may be obtained.</p> |
