PURPOSE: To provide a compact circuit of small loss by connecting a primary coil of a transformer to a rectifying element in series so as to chop a voltage to be rectified by means of the rectifying element, and connecting a secondary coil of the transformer to a unidirectional load. CONSTITUTION: A feeder circuit is adapted to supply an AC current to a magnetron 1 inside a microwave oven via terminals 3, 4 of the circuit. The terminals 3, 4 are connected to a rectifier 5, which is alternately constituted of dual diode bridges. An output from the diode bridge is connected to two feeder lines 6, 7 of a transformer 8. The rectifier 5 is provided on its output side with an anti-parasitic filter consisting of a choke coil 9 and a capacitor 10. The power supplying lines 6, 7 are connected to terminals 11, 12 of a primary coil 13 of the transformer 8, respectively. A relative coil direction of the transformer 8 refers to 'a forward direction'. A trigger 15 of a rectifying element 14 is connected to a control circuit 16. |
