PURPOSE:To obtain a correct display which can be viewed from either an up or down electric railcar and to realize no reversal in time series of a story by providing a unit which detects a moving object for observing located in the opposite rail track, a switching means which switches a read address depending on the passing direction and a means which switches block addresses for the reversal of the time series. CONSTITUTION:When the moving object 15 for observing located in the opposite rail track passes, the detecting unit 16 detects it and notifies a host station 14 of the passing speed and the passing timing. Thus, the host station 14 notifies each unit 12 the fact that the display is for the moving object 15 for observing which is moving in the opposite direction. Having received this information, each unit 12 switches the mode and scan the mirror image data so that the correct picture is observed from the moving object 15 for observing.
