<p>PURPOSE:To utilize a device effectively by turning on the power sources of the personal computer part and communication part of the personal computer with the communication function at the time or only one of them, and enabling them to operate independently. CONSTITUTION:When a telegraphic message is sent during the operation of software irrelevant to a communication, a control part 4 performs power source control based upon the operation mode and starts software other than communication software. At this time, a communication control part 2 once detecting an acceptance request signal from an NCU part 1 outputs it to the control part 4, but does not accept the request signal since the software other than the communication software is already started and stores received data in a storage circuit 3 without outputting them to the control part 4. Thus, the personal computer part and communication control part can operate independently and the software irrelevant to a communication can be put in operation even during wait reception.</p> |
