PURPOSE:To extend a usable period of a suction nozzle by sucking a component by the nozzle from the position of a tape when a tape is intermittently fed by tape feeding times designated at each tape. CONSTITUTION:Tape feeding times of intermittently feeding a tape to suction of an electronic component are preset at each tape number. For example, if the times is once, when the tape is fed intermittently once, a suction operation is started. Thus, after the times are set at each tape, an automatic operation program of an electronic component mounting machine is started, a tape feeder 5 then intermittently feeds the tape 1 at a predetermined interval by the times set according to the tape 1, and a component suction robot 3 starts to suck the component. Thus, since the component 2 is disposed directly under a suction nozzle 3 when the tape 1 is fed, the suction of the component is ended by one suction to reduce the number of using of the nozzle 3 is reduced, and friction can be reduced. |
