PURPOSE:To polish the inside of a large diameter tube automatically by spraying super high pressure water from a high pressure water spraying nozzle put on the tip of a rotary arm rotatable around a shaft which is held in the center of the tube while the rotary arm is rotated and simultaneously the shaft is moved along with the shaft center. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 4 is put in the inside of a tube 1 and supported to able to move along with and parallel to the axial center of the tube 1 to be polished and painted, a rotary arm 15, whose one end is supported rotatably by the shaft 4 and the other end can rotate along with the inside of the tube 1 centering on the shaft 4, is installed, and the tube inside is polished by spraying high pressure water from a high pressure water spraying nozzle 18 put on the tip of the rotary arm 15 while the rotary arm 15 is rotated and the shaft 4 is moved along with the tube 1. Then after drying the inside of the tube 1, the tube inside is painted by spraying a paint from a paint spraying nozzled put on the rotary arm 15 while the rotary arm 15 is rotated and the shaft 4 is moved along with the tube 1. As a result, the inside of the large diameter tube can be polished and painted automatically. |
