PURPOSE:To prevent a skin from being in contact with a pad member and to make a permeability between the skin and pad member good by permitting a ceramics powder to adhere onto at least a surface at a side to abut on a seating person on the surface of the pad member. CONSTITUTION:In a mold releasing agent for releasing a pad member 20 from the mold, a ceramic powder 40 is uniformly mixed, and it is applied on whole inner surface 51 of a mold 50. An urethane stock solution to be a foaming resin stock solution 60 is injected into the mold 50, and the pad member 20 is molded. After the foaming molding, the pad member 20 is released from the mold 50. On a seat surface 21 to be the surface at the side to abut onto the seating person, side surfaces 22 and 22, a front surface 23 and a rear surfaces 24 of the pad member 20, the ceramic powder 40 is made to uniformly adhere. Since the ceramic powder 40 intervenes between the pad member 20 and mold 50, the pad member 20 is prevented from being sticked fast to the mold 50, and a releasiability is increased. The ceramic powder 40 makes a slight gap between the skin 30 and the surface of the pad member 20, the permeability between the skin 30 and pad member 20 is made good, and a cushion 10 is made hard to steam. |
