<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the excellent ohmic contact, and enlarge the film strength of an electrode by mainly composing an electrode of Ag and Al-Ge alloy. CONSTITUTION:The electrode material for semiconducting ceramic id composed of Ag at 0-88wt.% and Al-Ge alloy at 100-12wt.%. At this stage, even if Al-Ge alloy is at 100wt.%, the film strength of an electrode is large, and the excellent moisture-proof characteristic is showed. In the case that Al-Ge alloy is less than 12wt.% and the silver component quantity exceeds 88 wt.%, ohmic characteristics is not obtained, and furthermore, moisture-proof characteristic is reduced.</p> |
