PURPOSE:An enriched sweetening agent effective for the promotion of health of the human body, being handled readily, obtained by adding nutritive substances, e.g., amino acid, vitamin, etc. to saccharides consisting essentially of fruit sugar and glucose. CONSTITUTION:Nutritive substances, e.g., an amino acid, an organic acid, a vitamin, a mineral, etc. are added to saccharides consisting essentially of fruit sugar and/or glucose. For example, the blend of 0-35g grape sugar, 35-100g fruit sugar, 0-15g sorbitol, and 0-3g stevia as the saccharides to be used will provide good results. An amino acid is effective for keeping and promotion of health and has improved effect on taste of food, and coexistence of plural amino acids can eliminate the bad smell of fish and garlic. An organic acid makes taste of food good and has actions to make food alkali. A mineral as well as a vitamin is effective for improving quality of food. |
