PURPOSE:To apply an anticoagulating property to the surface of material to be used for a medical implement by composing an anti-blood-coagulating material of a copolymer including as repeated unit styrene sulfonic acid salt. CONSTITUTION:Polystyrene sulfonic acid salt, styrene sulfonic acid salt and polymerizable monomer are polymerized by supersonic radiation. Thus, a desired anti-blood-coagulating material is provided.
