PURPOSE:To send early even management information stored later with higher priority by sending management information with higher priority early to a remote management terminal equipment according to a management information priority control table when plural sets of management information are stored in a management information storage section. CONSTITUTION:A reference table 9 between a kind of management information and a priority of management information is provided and when the management information is read from a management information storage part 8, the priority with the stored management information is compared and the management information is read from that with higher priority to send the management information with higher priority. When plural sets of information are stored in the management information storage section 8, the management information with higher priority is sent by providing the reference table between the type and priority of the management information.
