PURPOSE:To provide a liquid seasoning free from the lowering of the quality thereof caused by the mutual actions of raw material components during storage and having a fresh flavor even after storage for a long period, by thickening the raw material components with a thickening agent, and subsequently charging the thickened raw material components in a container in a multi-layered state. CONSTITUTION:Many kinds of raw material components of a seasoning are thickened with a thickening agent and charged in a container in a multi-layered state to provide the objective seasoning. For example, a citrus juice and soy sauce are thickened and charged in a container in a multi-layered state. |
