<p>The invention relates to concrete shuttering elements as well as a method for dismounting such shuttering elements from a cast or moulded wall. This shuttering element (10) comprises a partition-forming elongate element (11), and an elongate plate (13) connected to one side of the said partition-forming element in a spaced apart and substantially parallel arrangement, the said method comprising the adjustment of the said elongate plate (13) with a dismounting means (32) and the removal by traction of the said element from the said cast panel in such a way that the dismounting means (32) does not come into contact with the said cast panel (20).
