PURPOSE:To facilitate accurate mark connection by detecting the marks assigned to originals, connecting mark detection signals by connecting means and expanding the mark CONSTITUTION:The originals are optically scanned and the marks width when the marks are parted by image information. assigned to the originals are detected with a mark level detecting section 50, a mark noise removing section 60, a 1st mark expansion section 90, etc., through a CCD. The disconnected parts of the marks are connected by a mark connecting section 110 when the marks are parted by image information. In succession, the mark width of the connected part is expanded to a mark density width by a 2nd mark expansion section 140 and the accurately connected mark information is outputted. The marks are well detected and outputted even if there is a disconnection. |
