PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization, to save power, and to improve the portability and the charging performance by devising the system such that a storage medium storing prescribed personal information and a transmission means sending the personal information registered in the storage medium to a prescribed receiver in a light or a radio wave are formed freely removably. CONSTITUTION:Prescribed personal information is stored in a storage medium 1, and a transmission means 3 sends the personal information stored in the storage medium 1 to a prescribed receiver in a light or a radio wave. Then the storage medium 1 and the transmission means 3 are formed freely removably. Thus, when the storage medium 1 is loaded to the transmission means 3, they are integrated together and act like a contactless personal identification system, the transmission means 3 sends the personal information stored in the storage medium 1 to a prescribed receiver in a radio wave, and the storage medium 1 acts like a storage medium for the contact personal identification system. Thus, the miniaturization, power saving, portability and charging performance are improved. |
