CONSTITUTION:In making an AC input 11, a timer 25 turns on a transistor 24 for a certain time. At this time, a capacitor 21 is charged with the voltage E2 of a resistor 23 through a resistor 22. Next, the timer 25 turns off the transistor 24 after passage of a certain time. Hereby, AC input 11 charges a battery 16 through a MOS FET 19 and an output terminal 15 after being converted into DC with an AC/DC CONV 12. When the AC input 11 gets in power stoppage condition, the timer 25 stops the operation, and until the AC input recovers, the transistor 24 gets in off condition. At this time, the battery 16 discharges electricity and supplies it to load 14.
