摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obviate the trouble of freezing of a control valve on starting, in the electric system flow control valve apparatus for the air supplied to an internal combustion engine, by allowing the control valve to be set in the opened state during stoppage when the negative pressure does not exist in a pressure chamber. CONSTITUTION:When a command signal is applied to a solenoid coil 32 due to the output of an O2 sensor, a transfer element 18 shift rightward against springs 29 and 30, and opening is formed between the valve surfaces 16 and 26 of valves 17 and 27. Then, the bypass passage is formed which passes through a pipe 13, opening 12, the inner cavity of a case 1, passage between the valve surfaces 16 and 17, the inner cavity of the wall 7 and an opening 14, for the throttle valve in the main intake conduit, corresponding to the control means such as O2 sensor. During stoppage, the state shown in the upper half of the line O-O in the drawing is formed, and opening is formed between the valve surfaces 16 and 26. When a negative pressure is generated in an intake manifold on starting of the internal combustion engine, the state shown in the lower half of the drawing is formed, and closing is formed between the valve surfaces 16 and 26 (a little opening is left), and opening and closing operation is started according to the instruction of the O2 sensor. Thus, the trouble of freezing can be prevented.</p>
