PURPOSE:To prevent a negative electrode from deterioration with charge and discharge by using the negative electrode which is formed by alloying aluminum alloy of crystal grain size 5mum or less as uniformly diffused deposit with lithium metal. CONSTITUTION:A negative electrode 1 is used which is formed by alloying aluminum alloy of crystal grain size 5mum or less as deposit with lithium metal. Preferably, the aluminum alloy contains at least one of Mn, Cr, Zr, V, Mo and W. As a result, fine deposit is uniformly diffused and deposited into aluminum and aluminum crystal grains are refined, so that less crack occurs and grows. It is thus possible to prevent the negative electrode 1 from deterioration and obtain a secondary battery excellent in charge and discharge cycle property. |
