Sound-insulating cover for closing off apertures 14 giving access to spaces 3 of machines 14, which cover consists of a plate 2 possessing, on one face 2a or 2b designed to be situated, when the cover 1 is mounted on the machine 13, on the side away from that designed to face against the space 3 that is to be closed, a recess 4 of approximately the same dimensions as the said face 2a, 2b. A blade 5 is provided to seal the recess 4 shut, supporting a layer of sound-insulating material 6 of transverse T and depth S dimensions such that, when the blade 5 is placed on the plate 2, the layer 6 is inside the recess 4 with its wall or walls in contact with the side walls or walls 9 of the recess 4 without however coming into contact with its bottom 7 so as to find with this bottom 7 a gap 8. <IMAGE> |
