摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the of a negative electrode plate by keeping conducting linear members in contact with the surface of a lithium plate in the longitudinal direction even if a missing portion is generated on the lithium plate. CONSTITUTION:Multiple conducting linear members 2 are arranged in parallel at an interval over the longitudinal direction on the surface of a lithium plate 1, and the conducting linear members 2 are pressed and integrated to obtain a negative electrode plate. A current collector 3 is made of a conducting member, its cross section may be circular or square, and the current collector 3 is connected to end sections of the conducting linear members 2 by spot welding and the like. Multiple conducting linear members 2 are kept in contact with at least one surface of the thin belt-shaped lithium plate 1 of the negative electrode plate over the longitudinal direction. Even if a missing portion is generated on the lithium plate 1, the conductivity between the winding start end and the winding finish end of the spirally wound lithium plate 1 is not impaired, thus the charge/discharge characteristics of the negative electrode plate can be held sufficiently high.
