PURPOSE:To reduce the used amount of a low magnetostrictiv material and to reduce a noise by a method wherein a silicon steel plate laminate whose magnetostriction is at a specific value or higher is sandwiched between silicon steel plates whose magnetostriction is at a specific value or lower and whose average roughness in the central line is within a specific range. CONSTITUTION:A silicon steel plate laminate whose magnetostriction is at an absolute value of 10<-6> or higher is sandwiched between silicon steel plates whose magnetostriction is at an absolute value of 10<-6> or lower and whose average roughness in the central line is at 0.3mum or higher and at 3mum or lower; a stator is formed. When the surface roughness Ra of both end materials is higher out of a transformer A and a transformer B, noise can be reduced. Then, when noise levels are the same, the ratio of a high cost and low magnetostriction material is lowered. Then, when the transformer A is compared with the transformer B and a low cost and high magnetostrictiv material is used for the central part, the same effect can be obtained. Thereby, the used amount of the high cost and low magnetostrictiv material can be reduced, a low grade material whose magnetostriction is large can be adopted and the noise can be reduced. |
