<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to use an element in fuzzy operation with a simple configuration and also to execute processing in a particular area at a high speed by connecting each electrode to the outer portion of a resistor by using a lead wire connected to each electrode or part of each electrode. CONSTITUTION:Input electrodes 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 are fixed on the surface of a massive plate-shaped resistor 2, that is, a top edge 2a; a ground electrode 3 is fixed to a bottom edge 2b; and electrodes 16, 17, 18 and 19 for output are arranged inside the resistor 2. Respective electrode are electrically independent each other but connected through the resistor 2 in a form of distribution constant in such a manner that the connection between respective electrodes cannot be separated by individual resistive elements and the electrodes 16, 17, 18 and 19 inside the resisting body 2 can be connected to the outside of the resistor 2 through lead wires insulated at the outer periphery.</p> |
