The device comprises a reservoir 2 for feeding a fluid, a first pipe 3 and a second pipe 4 for distributing the fluid and a single gear pump 9 with an inlet 6 communicating with the reservoir 2 and two distinct outlets 7, 8 communicating respectively with the first and second distribution pipes 3,4; the pump 9 is fitted with three gears 10-12, of which an intermediate one 10 interposed between the remaining ones 11, 12 and gripping them, and in it the inlet 6 is subdivided into two branches 61, 62 departing from, along with the outlet 7, 8, the intermediate gear 10, while departing from each lateral gear 11, 12 is one of the branches 61 or 62, of the inlet 6, and one of the outlets, 7 or 8, in such a way as to feed the fluid through each of the two outlets, 7 or 8, with predetermined flow independent from the quantity of fluid distributed through the other outlet, 8 or 7.
