<p>PURPOSE:To enable an operator to recognize whether or not access processing has been completed for an IC memory card by making a detecting unit inform the operator that the access processing is executed by means of emitting light or the like during a period of time as long as the access is detected by a data processing unit. CONSTITUTION:When both a light signal and an access designating signal 300 turn to low level, a signal 600 to be output from an AND circuit 12 turns to low level, and input to a monostable circuit 13. This circuit 13 is synchronized with the fall of signal 600 to set an output signal 700 from circuit 13 at low level throughout an accessing period of time t0. Further, although signal 600 returns to high level, the signal 600 drops at low level at a point in a period of time t0 when both the access designating signal 300 and a lead signal 100 are at low level. Then, the monostable circuit 13 keeps setting its output signal 700 at low level throughout a period of time t0. Accordingly, circuit 13 keeps setting its output signal 700 at low level in a total period of time. Here, transistor 14 is turned on when signal 700 to be applied to the base of the transistor 14 is set at low level, thereby lighting LED 22.</p> |
